Simply stated Remote Support is the process of using a program or operating system feature to allow control of a computer from another computer. This process works between any two computers connected by a network (including the Internet), but requires high-speed connectivity to be efficient.
Remote Support saves you time and money. If our schedules doesn’t allow enough time for a technician to travel to and from your location before making a scheduled appointment remote support can improve our response time. If you are in an area that requires travel time charges you would not incur those charges for work completed remotely.
We use a secure system for remote support that is licensed. For us to establish control of your computer there is a numeric code that has to be exchanged between you and our technicians. If you would like to start a remote control session please click the link below and call 540.722.2122 (866.494.6832) and ask if there is an available Mac or Windows technician. If no one is available someone will call you back as soon as possible. You will be required to provide your credit card number to initiate the session. Remote Support is billed at minimum one hour charge, but the full hour fee may be discounted for calls lasting less than 15 minutes.
