Multiple ProActive Support plans are available based on the number of computers covered under the plan and the desired Service Level Agreement (SLA). All are affordable and considerably less that it would cost to hire a single IT employee. What you get is the ability to set a realistic annual IT budget, less payroll and benefit overhead, and reliable support from a team of certified technicians and engineers rather than one employee or a single-person technical contractor. We strive to create overlap and knowledge transfer to increase effective coverage. If tasked, we greatly prefer to create detailed documentation of network structure, topology, and device configurations.

We keep an inventory of Dell business-class desktops and laptops to eliminate special order wait times.
